The Power Of Healing
I posted a wild meadow meditation on YouTube, also a snowdrop meditation. There are always two small clips, and there will be many more to come. There is one clip where I explain what a plant can help you with specifically and then there is a small clip with the meditation itself.
Why do I post this? Because I have been working with the healing power of plants for many years and it works. Why does it work? I do not know, for me, it is just the most natural thing in the world that it works. Plants are highly intelligent beings, and to feel their consciousness is just exceptional and it makes you feel good. You do not have to have health problems to do these meditations. Feeling connected with nature is like relating again to yourself because nature is our home. It is a like coming home, and it just feels right.
Why do the snowdrops help with nose problems, sinus problems and headaches? I know this from a trusted source, and many have experienced it. They are not limited to just this one effect, and they can do much more for each individual who connects with them. They feel you and when you feel them, or you can even try to feel how they feel you, something mysterious happens, nearly impossible to describe with words, just try it and see.
There is one thing necessary for these meditations to work well for and that is why there is a whole plant visible. Not just a piece of the plant but the plant should be alive and in one piece. So it has its full consciousness available to interact with yours.
The wild meadow meditation is exceptional because there are few wild meadows left. Why does it help you connect to your true self? Because the meadow has been left alone for many years and the way things grow there is not influenced by people. Just like the way your true self is, it is also not influenced by anybody, you just are the way you are. Many have a hard time feeling their true self and there are many techniques and ways to get there. This meditation is simple and short, but it has worked out for many who have tried, I cannot promise it works for everybody.
To me, to know that you have a talent for music it needs music. You know this, the moment you see a piano, you just know you want to play, at that moment it is there. Many children just suddenly know what they want to be after seeing someone who is doing just that, our first childhood heroes. We often need something in our environment to trigger something in us. This wild meadow is a perfect trigger for your true self.
The meditation position is not relevant to me, because often you are somewhere and you only have 5 minutes in between and no time or possibility to take a special position.
The meditations are very short… yes, because most people just do not have the time to meditate long, so you really have no excuse for not trying this out and do something really good for yourself, connect with nature.
And… it does not take more time than this. Just look and feel. You will quickly get the hang of it. If you really love this kind of meditation and you want to spend more time doing it or practising it more intense, there will soon be some meditations as eBooks. There I guide you more thoroughly through the process of feeling your whole body.
By the way, you do not need to try to calm your thoughts or do anything with your thoughts, just let them think whatever they want and just look at the video and feel the flower or the meadow or the other plants that are still coming in the upcoming videos.
You can find all these meditations on my YouTube Channel and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
